After our call I will send you a customized proposal with inclusions, pricing, payment plan details, and available start dates. Once you decide to move forward with our project, we will send over the contract and deposit invoice for you to complete.

We then begin on our prep work! The client completes an in depth questionnaire (going over your target audience, your vision and goals, competitors and other brands you do [and don’t!] like and why). We also love when clients create a Pinterest board to visually express their style.

If Web Design is also apart of your project, this is also when clients prepare website copy (we provide a detailed guide for this as well as copywriting rec’s if needed!) as well as any other materials needed for the project. If clients do not yet have brand photos, we often wait to have a shoot until the branding is complete to ensure every aspect is stunningly cohesive.

We begin our design phase with the brand identity. Although we follow the “One Concept Method” (presenting a single design concept rather than multiple options) we are different than other agencies in that we take our process in baby steps. We begin with presenting just the mood board, design pillars and color palette, followed by the Main Logo Design, Secondary and Submark Logos, Typography hierarchy, and Collateral Design.

We have found that structuring our projects this way keeps us working closely and collaboratively with the client and makes the project less overwhelming and more intentional.

We then move onto any packaging/Collateral (i.e. business cards, thank you notes, hang tags, flyers, boxes, labels, etc). We typically find it best to complete any packaging before web design (if applicable to your project!) so we can get the files off to the printer to get in production while we get started on the web design or photoshoot planning. While we do not print the items ourselves, we supply recommended printers and final files so all you have to do is order!

Similarly to how we approach Brand Design, we take Web Design step by step. Starting with the homepage, we design the full website page by page (with two rounds of revisions per page!). We wrap up the website design by connecting socials, email marketing, any apps/shipping, and ecommerce capabilities. Best of all, each client gets a one hour website walkthrough of their site as well as a video tutorial library with lifetime access and 30 days of technical support post-launch.

Once everything is complete, we ensure you have all final files, a comprehensive brand guide, video tutorials, printer recommendations, font links and instructions, and more. Our goal is to not only provide a gorgeous brand and website, but one that clients feel confident using going forward.
