WHAT ARE TYPICAL BRAND INCLUSIONS?

Standard inclusions are typically Strategy, Mood Board, Brand Pillars, Logos , Color Palette, Typography Hierarchy, Brand Manual. We work with you to identify which assets are needed to ensure each and every touchpoint of your new brand is cohesive. Although not an exhaustive list, some typical collateral items are product packaging (labels, boxes, hang tags, tissue paper, etc), business cards, stationery, social media templates, + more.

WHY INVEST IN PROFESSIONAL BRAND AND WEB DESIGN?

Brand and web design are the forefront representatives of your business, and crafting them to be intentional, timeless and connect with your ideal customer is essential. We take our clients investments with us seriously, and craft each and every aspect of our projects to add immense value to the brands we create with the intention to make sales. IS BRANDING REQUIRED TO BOOK A WEBSITE?

Although the majority of our clients collaborate with us on both brand & web design, it is not required to go through branding with to build a website together - however we must review your current branding to ensure it is both comprehensive enough, as well as matching our aesthetic and standards prior to booking. The absolute minimum branding items required are logo, color palette and font hierarchy.

WHEN CAN WE START?

During our discovery call we will discuss the project start date. This is affected by factors such as our availability, Project Prep time (i.e. having photos, product, etc ready), as well as the readiness of the client to dedicate the time to the project. We take our timelines seriously and only work with clients who are, in turn, serious about their projects. Please note we typically book 1-3 onths in advance.

DO I NEED TO HAVE PROFESSIONAL PHOTOS?

Yes, we do require professional photos for all of our web projects. Why? We could design the most beautiful website in the world, but if the photos on that website were of poor quality and unappealing, the website would fail to convert clients and serve its purpose. We take our clients investment in design seriously - if we’re going to do this, let’s do it right. We work closely with our photography and film partner, Ashley Ice Photography, or can recommend other photographers across the US, Canada and Europe as well.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?

  • Copywriting or Spell Checking provided copy

  • Photography or Purchasing Stock Photo Sourcing

  • Website Hosting

  • Domain Purchase

  • Physically Printed Materials / Packaging

  • Unlimited Revisions

  • Typography purchasing (i.e. buying a license to legally use a font on your website or marketing)

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH YOU?

As every project is incredibly unique, we do not force clients into pre-made packages, but instead custom price and scope each project to ensure clients are not paying for items that are unnecessary, and that any needs are not left out. Custom proposals are created and sent to the client within 48 hours of our complimentary consultation call. All projects are have completely custom solutions that offer the most value to your brand in order to achieve your goals. We craft each project for success on its own terms.

HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK?

Quality, strategic design is an investment, and we understand how much can go into getting a business started. We are happy to offer flexible payment options based on date (not project milestones) and can be as flexible as small weekly payments over a 3 month period!

DO I HAVE TO HAVE ALL MY WEBSITE COPY AND PHOTOS READY BEFORE THE PROJECT?

Yes. We find having content ready at the start of a project makes the entire process flow much more smoothly. However, we understand sometimes it’s not always possible to have photos ready initially (especially if we are waiting to have photos taken after we complete the branding portion of our project) in which case we will have seperate start dates for the branding portion of your project and the website portion of your project to allow time to photos to be ready.

WHAT PLATFORMS DO YOU BUILD WEBSITES ON?

We use Squarespace and Shopify to build our clients websites. During our consultation call we will discuss your needs and recommend which is best suited for you and the longevity of your business. (We do not build/refine websites on Wordpress, Showit, Weebly, Wix, etc)

What content needs to be provided for the website?

Clients are responsible for providing professional photos, all finalized copy/text, and all product/package information in a neat and organized manner. Although we provide content workbooks and templates to make the process as simple as possible, photography and copywriting are not automatically included in our packages, but may be added on. We do offer these services and find it makes the process smoother for both our clients and ourselves when everything is done in house. Your copy must be provided by the project start date or the project will be rescheduled for a fee.

IS THERE A SET TIMELINE?

We do have timelines for each project and clients are required to be promptly responsive and have all materials/content prepared. If questionnaires are not completed, photos/copy/content is not provided before starting the project or if feedback/responses are not promptly given, the project will not only be delayed, but put on hold and need to be rescheduled (as availability permits) along with a $300 rebooking fee.
