Design Intensive
This package option is defined by time rather than set deliverables. Rather than a list of guaranteed items, you purchase a pack of hours and we work to complete as much as possible within that time. The most alluring aspect about this project style is we can use the time in whatever way we want - meaning that we are not limited by deliverables and if we finish the brand design or website in less time than anticipated, we can reallocate those hours to other areas, effectively spending more time on areas that need more attention or completing additional items (i.e. social media, email marketing, marketing banners, etc).
This package is best for those who are decisive, responsive and enjoy incorporating live working sessions into the project.

We begin with an in depth questionnaire and kick off call to ensure we deeply understand your audience and vision, and then schedule a live working session where we design your brand elements and refine/approve in real time (usually about 6-8 hours split into 3 or 4 hour sessions).
Once the branding is solidified, we then move onto designing the website. We do not do the initial design and set up in live working style so you can have the chance to review the website “off the clock” and take your time. Once the website core is complete, we can have live working sessions to go through any lingering edits together.
We follow the same style for the E-Guide design, allowing you time to review off the clock.
The beauty is that revisions are unlimited as long as we have time.
Typically, we are able to complete a full brand, website and 1 or 2 items of collateral in a 20 hour session, so. we feel a recommended 26 hour session to also complete E-Guide and photo/video would be appropriate.

Start Date
Both styles of projects could have a start date of November 11th. For the “Traditional” project, this is when the brand questionnaire is due and we have a prep call to review any thought/questions before our design work begins. For the design intensive project, we typically have a prep call (with completeld questionnaire) a week before our start date, and then start our live working sessions on that start date.

WHAT NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED?
Clients are responsible for providing completed questionnaires, all finalized copy/text, and all product/package information in a neat and organized manner - Although we provide content workbooks and templates to make the process as simple as possible.
HOW DO PAYMENTS WORK
Whichever payment plan is selected, the first payment is processed via our website (via Credit Card!) and the remaining (equal) payments all process automatically - one less thing to put on your to do list!
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED?
We do not provide website hosting, purchase of website domains, or email address set up or purchase. We do not pay for stock photo fee's or licenses. Typography licensing is the responsibility of the client - please plan on budgeting around $50-$150 (USD) for fonts
WHAT PLATFORM WILL THE WEBSITE BE ON?
I recommend Shopify for this project due to the e-commerce capabilities and looking forward to future goals / potential needs when it comes to selling.
COMMUNICATION
Daily communication will take place via email. Check in calls are available as needed and can be scheduled in advance via our system. For our design Intensive projects, we integrate live working sessions that are prescheduled, and during these we often communicate via text, voice text, phone and video call.
